Exchange Policy

There will be no refunds for items purchased through our e-shop.

Exchange requests must be done within three (3) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you.

You may exchange your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

– You received the wrong item in your package.
– Products that are defective or damaged.

For exchange on defective or damaged items, you are required to bring the item down for an assessment at our office and we will conduct the exchange upon confirmation of fault due to manufacturer’s defect.

Please note that the delivery costs would not be refunded.

Under what conditions is/are the product non-exchangeable:
In the interest of hygiene, for sterile products or products that have worn/tested by the individual, these are deemed non-exchangeable.

Sigvaris, Halyard and Veinoplus product range is strictly non-exchangeable.
